Never been here before, but they had absolutely delicious burgers. And the fries had seasoning on them that reminded me of buttered popcorn from the movie theater. It was delicious. They also offer ice cream but we didn’t get any. It was delicious for being a chain (we are from a region that doesn’t have Jack’s)

Came for some quick lunch while I was in town for business. Staff was a lot of fun, quick and the store is pretty cool. Had rocking chairs outside with a wrap around covered porch. Don't have that back home!

Ordered meals to go … put all food in bag then realized they didn’t have apple pies and had to cook them 6 min…. After that food is cold.. don’t put sauce in bag

I went to the drive thru to place our order. I ordered two after 4p meals and two cheeseburger sandwiches only. When we were ready to eat I discovered one cheeseburger and coleslaw.

Love the biscuits and gravy at Jack's! Hard working crew there on Cloverdale Road. They work hard to get everyone through the drive-thru quickly. Keep up the good work!

Ordered two chicken strips and this is what I got. $4.15. Really! If this is the size of all your chicken strips, then might want to do better. The width of my fork is the same size as the strip. If this is in the small end then when ordering just chicken strips might want to pick out a little bit bigger size. Not worth $2 a piece. Think I will try Slims next time. Strips are bigger.

Food is correct most of the time. Edit: i just went in today and saw the line person in the back taking the pies out of the old boxes and putting them in new boxes to change the dates on them. I would not recommend eating their pies. Also the new chopped steak dinner is just 2 hamburger patties with gravy over them.

Love the staff love the food Best management around, Brandy Weatherman,Mrs.Sheila are sweet and nice people and very professional.I value my relationship with Jack's Restaurants,they are like family to us. Great burgers,fries,deserts and even great salads and good ole sweet tea😊
