Hercs had me out to detail their 2 delivery tractor trailers, and they were super nice, communicative, and overall just extremely great people. And the equipment is top notch! These delivery trucks are ready to serve you!

Eric and Chuck took great care of me. Got me the equipment I needed. During the rental the track came off the Bob cat and they got someone out very quickly to fix the problem. I would certainly make any more rentals I need with them

Good people. They stand behind their equipment and work with you if something goes sideways on your end too. I REALLY like that they don't play a recording telling you how important your call is . Somebody actually ANSWERS THE PHONE! They seem to be more oriented to contractors, so don't call looking for wedding stuff or a bounce house. THAT stuff is right close by at Alabama Rentals, also good folks.

Rented a dump trailer and got it home realized the battery was dead. Plugged it in overnight and next day went to dump dirt and would only lift up about a foot before the battery was dead again. Ended up having to park truck with jumper cables next to it everytime to use trailer. Slowing down the project considerably. Told staff and the knocked off $10 wow. Needless to say first and last rental with these guys.
