They are very inappropriate by acting judgemental at times judging you like a book by its cover before you even explain yourself. Sometimes they don’t consider how their behaviour is impacting autistic people emotionally by manipulating autistic people, they are not actually listening to their true feelings. My life has been much better since I’ve not spoke to them. They’re not worth speaking to as they’re clearly a hopeless service ha ha ha. I’ve no longer had disrupted sleep since not speaking as if they’ve been the main problem all my life. They are a terrible/disgusting service. Plus they’re very rude and dismissive in many ways, plus insult you. calls have never ever helped to be honest. They have significant lack of empathy. They’re meant to help people with anxiety which they don’t clearly because when some people have fear and need to speak about their feelings and sometimes people have anxiety about wanting to be prepared with self-defence because of previous experiences, they’re clearly a useless service with helping people as they’re not showing support and they are clearly ignorant with autism and they clearly bully people over their disabilities which means they like to harm people instead of helping. They are not a safe place as they tried to attack people over their brain conditions in order to make someone feel worse instead of better so I love it that I’ve had a luxury life once I’ve stopped speaking to them. Samaritans and sainline are better services.

Terrible I was a tenant 12 years ago. I complained bout tenant deliberately setting off fire drills at golden hillock road. They did nothing at all. Affected my mental health badly I had to vacate the flat. Was really upset caus I liked the flat. But the constant fire alarm affected me so bad I had to give up the flat. & all caus mind allowed couple trouble makers to live there!

Their helpline volunteer staff I've connected with online; Alisha especially helped me on a very difficult day earlier this year and she has a way of explaining things that can help you shift perspective, even if just a little bit. Stuart also during one time I was experiencing anxiety whilst coming back online again and I felt grounded after speaking with him. 🙏🏾 They state they offer emotional support but this is probably something that would mean something different to different people. .In future I hope to volunteer my time..

The helpline call I had was pretty bad. Trying to get to the help line, they didn't even help. They just said, have you gone for a walk? You need to talk to your doctors well. I Ve tried all that type of stuff. Were not interested at all. You meant to be helping people yet all you did was just say. Have you done this? Have you done that? It was like a checklist. It's not good enough that these people are paid not care

Disappointed with this charity. Did a fundraiser for them and requested speakers. The speakers from the charity cancelled a day before the event. Unprofessional, did the event without their support and then contacted them with the amount we raised and provided them with a contact on how to collect the money. They then communicated if they didn't get the money asap it would "lead to us taking further action". Generally impatient and rude, no support but want the money asap. So disappointed with a charity that represents such a good cause.
