I’ve been training with Callum at Fitness Worx and couldn’t recommend him more. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and really made me enjoy being in the gym again after a long time away. His sessions are always well-structured, engaging, and tailored to my needs. Over the time I trained with him, I saw a real improvement in both my strength and confidence. Callum has a great way of making workouts challenging but fun, and he always pushes you just the right amount. The gym itself is also very well equipped and a great environment to train in. I've been attending the Lift classes at Fitness Worx for a few months now, and overall, I’m really pleased. Started PT sessions with Callum at Fitness Worx back in November and it's been so helpful to build my confidence at the gym and with my workouts- he has been fantastic at giving feedback and tips on my form and as someone who didn't have the knowledge to push to more difficult workouts (relative to my own level) it’s been really helpful to have someone's guidance and experience to coach me towards more challenging things and push myself in new directions. Couldn’t recommend sessions with Callum enough!

Rad is the best, his Sunday morning lift classes are the highlight of my week. I would love there to be more classes. The showers are cold but I only live round the corner so no stars lost.
