Kaylee and the team have been excellent throughout. Moving into new aspects of work with my business can be challenging but the extra support and time taken by Kaylee in particular has made the process a lot simpler, and also made me a Smiths customer for life. Thanks all!

Fantastic service! Where to start ,the team were absolutely brilliant and helped me with exactly what I needed. Extremely professional and yet friendly also. Showed me exactly how to use the machine (Daniel) fantastic health and safety guidance and went above and beyond ! would also like to make a special mention to a team member called Alicia, who was friendly and also went yet again above and beyond to help me with the equipment that I needed, via phone and also in person. I would definitely recommend the company. And the machinery is fantastic and in great condition. Looks like it’s been serviced regularly as I have used items in the past from all the various companies and I found them to be not great condition and almost not fit for purpose,. do five stars from me. Will definitely be back again.

Brilliant. Staff fabulous ( I am deaf), booking seamless, equipment spot on, return easy. We'd tried 3 other places (unsuccessfully) before found Smiths. We won't be going anywhere else in future. Happy with the service and the price was very competitive.

After suffering unexpected overnight flooding from the flat above I contacted Smiths to hire a dehumidifier. From answering the phone to picking the unit up a couple of days later..the service from Smiths had been excellent! The young lady who first answered the phone was extremely helpful and sorted everything out ..pricing . delivery times etc. And the young man who delivered the unit was friendly and so helpful..carrying it up to the first floor with no complaints. Helping me set it up etc. Within a couple of days our carpets and furniture dried out. I could thoroughly recommend this company based on my experience with them. I'm sure they'd be glad to help you too!

I've hired a few things from the bootle branch and I have to say from Kaylee in the office to the Smiths driver that was delivering everyone was extremely polite and friendly and happy to help I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend tham .

Hired a pressure washer and ladders. Great service by the girls behind the counter and on the phone. Dealt with Kaylee, such a lovely professional person and easy to deal with. Nothing was a problem with her, will definitely return.
